Holly Valentine D.V.M.

Veterinarian

Dr. Valentine has been a practicing small animal veterinarian for over 25 years. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Medical Technology and then went on to complete her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University. She practiced for many years in Tennessee before moving to Florida, having extensive experience in various aspects of veterinary medicine including mixed animal practice, small animal practice, house call care for elderly clients, treating and rehabilitating injured wildlife, and scientific research at Vanderbilt University.

In her spare time, Dr. Valentine enjoys scuba diving, gardening, playing a musical instrument and spending time with friends and family, including her dog, Ellie Mae and her two cats, Mystery and Cookie Boy.

Dr. Valentine is the owner and primary veterinarian here at Cedar Bay Veterinary Clinic, having bought the clinic in September of 2014.

Brandi Hazen, L.V.T.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Brandi joined Cedar Bay in June of 2017 and is a certified veterinary technician. She completed her degree and certification at St. Petersburg College in 2015 and recently graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Webber International University. She’s had a passion for animals, especially horses, since she was a kid and knew she always wanted to work with them. If she is not taking care of animals, she enjoys playing softball in her spare time. She recently added her very first fur baby to the mix and she is a Boxer named Nike.

Briam Rosado, L.V.T.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Braiam joined the Cedar Bay team in 2018, having completed his Veterinary Technician and Bachelor's degrees at Turabo University in Puerto Rico.  He loves spending time with his two dogs, Bretzy and Cookie and his fish, Rainbow, beach days and cooking.  His near future goal is to go to veterinary school and be a small animal and exotic veterinarian.

Brittany Griffin

Veterinary Nurse

Brittany has been with Cedar Bay Veterinary Clinic for two years and is originally from Fort Worth, Texas. Her passion for caring for animals began as a child, as her mother owned a horse boarding facility. She has been working in the veterinary field for 8 years and has worked with small animals, large animals and some exotics. Brittany has two adorable dogs named Opossum and Chloe.
